ABOUT YOUR COMMUNITY GYM

By joining the Gym you become a member of the Greytown Community Gym Incorporated (“the Society”) which owns and operates the Gym. The Society is established under the Incorporated Societies Act 1908 and a registered charity under the Charities Act 2005. Click the links for a copy of the Society’s Constitution and Rules .

The Society is managed by a Committee whose members are elected by the members at the Annual General Meeting. All fully paid up members are eligible for e lection to the Committee.

The Annual General Meeting will be held at the end of May or the beginning of June each year. Members will be notified by e-mail of the date, time, place and agenda for the meeting. Members will also be notified by e-mail of any special meetings which occur during the year. Each member has one vote.
